Strategic Plan

In February 2018, the Pima County Fire Chiefs Association convened to measure its organizational efficacy, strength of vision, and to discuss a strategy to determine future direction.   Through several meetings and the assistance of an outside consultant, the Pima County Fire Chiefs Association put together its first strategic outline for moving the organization forward. 

Priorities included:  Clearly defined mission and strategy, improved governance process that provides for accountability and increased buy in,  improved communications and information sharing, and the desire to develop a leadership and mentoring program.   The complete findings of the strategic plan can be found by clicking below.
